hey just curious to know what the rules and terms of service for multiple : partial payments for a single item. lets say i sell a sweater for $600, but the buyer claims he will do 2 seperate payments of $300, one now one in 2 weeks. and if he doesn't send the second payment, am i liable to claim a refund for my sweater or am i able to get the remaining money from the buyer in any way? thanks.
until i recieve just one payment or full payment for something? like is it okay if he payed me $100 and then i send, and then i can get the rest of the money after or should i not send anything until the full payment, regardless of what he says. i need a more in depth response.
