Hy... I have one question.. I pay something with paypal and dont get what I pay... Than I was open case on resolution centar.. But I dont undestand what I must to do.. It's so complicated.. And you close the case and I dont get my money back.. What I can to do now.. Thx
To get case re-open contact customer service in message center ("contact us", then "message center"). Start a new message and type "need more help" when prompted. May have to wait for a live agent to get on, but once the chat session is started, it stays open; different agents may (will) be on the chat at different times but hopefully you can convince one of them to help you.
