Question about Refund

So I am on a refund issue and paypal said “we've decided that your buyer should return the item to you within the next 10 days. Once we've confirmed that the item has been returned to you in the original condition, $BLAAANKKK.00 USD will be refunded from your PayPal account to your buyer.” What if the buyer didn’t respond in the next 10 days or didn’t give me back my item?

If proof of delivery of the return is not provided to PayPal, they will rule against the buyer and the held money will be released to you.
