Hello,
Due to the impact of COVID our suppliers we not able to keep to their agreement of our supplies on said dates effectively leading to a lot of chargebacks for the paypal business account.
We are trying our best to resolve but they keep hounding us (me) for the money and said they do not offer payment plans.
The business is not currently making any money, it is losing money.
My question is: Under account owner information, My personal details are listed, My name, address etc. Under business information is the company details.
Does this make me personally liable for the company debt?
Thanks!
