Hi I purchased an item off Facebook market place and paid via goods and services. Prior to me paying the seller and I agreed to send item by parcel force 48 the next business day and I added the additional costs to cost of item. Now the seller states they can’t deliver goods to a post office and has already paid for a cheaper courier, myhermes, and says they are now awaiting a courier collection. Can I open a case because I didn’t agree to these terms and how long do I have to wait. Seller won’t refund.

Good day @Mandy51 !  If you still have not received your item to this date, feel free to file a dispute on the Resolution Center under Items not Received since you paid extra for 48hr delivery.
