Query raised but not showing in the Resolution Centre

Hi,

 

I have raised a query by selecting the 'Report a Problem' tab .

There is no detail shown in the Resolution Centre, so when I complete the query form again I get a message that states 'You have already identified an issue with this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Centre to view the status of your open cases'.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so how can i resolve it?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
