I thought it'd be worth posting this here before delving into the policies and whatnot myself. A friend of mine was suspended for the generic stuff. The "having an account when you're underage" and a couple of charge-backs. They're now around 19, and any time they attempt to set up a legitimate business account, PayPal ask for ID (passport/driving license), then his account is suspended.
Is this how it works in terms of PayPal? I wouldn't know since I actually have never been suspended. They're just at their wits-end now and asked me if I knew anything about it, so I said I'd look into it. As someone who gives him a hand with his business, I know from seeing the statements that it makes a lot per month. The account would be a legitimate business account for transactions to flow through.
Any help, even if it's just pointing me towards articles I can send him would be appreciated!
