I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF MY CLAIM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ITEM.
THE COMPANY HAS SAID IT WAS THERE FAULT.THE THING IS THEY SAID I CAN HAVE A REFUND BUT TO SEND IT BACK AT MY EXPENSIVE.THE ITEM WAS ONLY 25DOLLARS BUIT WOULD COST ME 18/50 DOLLARS TO RETURN IT.
IN THERE AD IT SHOWED WIRELESS CONNECTION BUT WHEN IT ARRIVE IT HAD NO WIRELESS CONNECTION.
I DO NOT THINK THIS IS A GOOD TURNOUT.
THE COMPANY HAS AGREED THEY SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED IT UP WITH THERE SUPPLIER.
