Ordered puzzles from China in April. COVIDSafe 19 stepped in and we waited to give supplier a chance to regroup. Sent a few messages asking when they might be delivered and they sent back a “ trying to ensure delivery. By August I decided to lodge a case in Resoulition Centre. Just got a message today to say it wasn’t submitted in time!! so case is now closed!! Surely an extension should be given because of Covid? Trying to be fair to the supplier and have now lost $175. Very angry with Paypal. No protection given for buyer.
