I am complaining to Ctach of the day as when I opend the packet of new bed sheets the fitted sheet has been "repaired" at factory, so its no new or in as expected condition. I have written to Catch, but need to send a copy to Paypal, but paypal makes it difficult to contact them by emai.

The contact options available for PayPal can be reached by selecting the "Help" tab at the bottom of any PayPal page. The email channel is called "secure message centre" but if you would like to add additional information to support your side of the claim, please upload this through the dispute case in the Resolution Centre.
