I sold a couple of things to a buyer from facebook marketplace.
It was done in person and they paid via my paypal QR code.
This was last week, just yesterday they disputed the charge claiming it was unauthorized but they met me in person to scan the QR code and everything.
I thought the QR code was supposed to give seller protection for in person sales, but I don't see how to respond to the dispute with that.
The only options I'm given are
-
I've already shipped the product or provided the service
-
I've already issued a refund
-
I'll issue a refund to my customer and close this case
This is the first time I've bene charged back and I don't know what to do.
