I have same problem I bought cooler then I changed my mind I told them to cancel my order before even they ship.but then still ship my order.i dispute through Pay Pal and no help they saying I have to send item first.how can I send item unless they send me return shipping lables.i checked with Canada post it's cost me $102 and item price $94 .happy shopping frud don't buy anything from them.same with PayPal I'm gonna stop using PayPal cuz they care more about seller then buyers

I ordered dronex pro drone ..paid 99 dollars they sent me HDRC d8 drone which sells for 35 dollars spoke to them on phone. No help at all...nothing happy about shopping with this ripoff merchant..buy your products elsewhere or be very sorry
