Purchased a Dress thru Pay Pal to HAGO NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD

I cannot find any contact information as to making a return.  I have a transaction # a date of purchase,  Invoice #and a  Merchant # But I can't find any where to email or make contact with seller.  I created a pay pal account hoping to get access with no luck.  Any suggestions?

The payment details in your PayPal account for this transaction does not contain at least a PayPal email address? Then...

 

Register your PayPal account for return shipping refund program before filing a dispute:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

 

To start a dialogue with the seller and get a return address in the claims process:

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem”.  
  3. Click “I received an item that's significantly not as described”.
