Purchased Product but delivered with missing part

Hi,

I have purchased from a motorbike company in Japan a set of new parts for my motorcycle. The parts were delivered as expected. Up on looking at the parts against the fitment instructions I have been given a left hand bracket twice instead of a right & left handed bracket. This has rendered the whole purchase useless as I cannot fit it. The purchase amount was £1200.00 and additional import charges.

I have emailed direct to customer services, emailed through their website, used Messenger App and also emailed via the Pay-Pal App. The company has not got back to me through any media.

I am increasingly worried that I have a box of useless kit as the company seems not to want to talk with me about sending the missing part. 

where do I stand with a refund if the company will not get in touch?
