I made a purchase Seller has not responded after 7 emails Pay pal doesnt answer How do I get a refund? Already filed a complaint and they rejected.

Sadly difficult to advise as you haven't set which dispute you opened / if you escalated / what the decision was / how you funded that paypal payment etc etc
