I made a purchase eon 4/16 for 52.50 did not receive any notification from “seller”. May 6 I opened a dispute with PayPal they finally respond with a tracking number, and PayPal closes my dispute. However the tracking number they gave me was for someone completely different and not my address. I cannot figure out how to get ahold of PayPal to notify them. Please help
