I purchased a plastic face shield and received it later than advertised. No communication from them. Began resolution and it's still waiting for Paypal to resolve. I have since received the item and the plastic is really wonky...when you look out of the shield things look a little distorted. There is no way someone would be able to drive or work while wearing it. I tried initiating a return from the business and they asked me for a picture of the item and then a video. Sent both. Their message to me was this was a "normal phenomenon". It's not a lot of money out of my pocket but still (under $50). I can't add notes to my already pending dispute or open a 2nd one.
