Purchase not shown in activity

I purchased some shoes on fb ad it went thru PayPal I paid $119 the activity doesn't show on my PayPal but the email they sent was from PayPal I tried to email the vendor but they don't respond I would like my money back or the product receipt shows the merchant ID and the transaction ID could someone help?

Try going to the resolution centre in your paypal account and entering that transaction id to open a dispute if you have one.

BUT if you only have the merchant id and you paid as a guest buyer then..............

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
