Last month i purchased something, received a verification email from PayPal and money was taken from my bank account. A few weeks ago I saw the same add and wanted another of the same item ( still have not received, but sometimes takes a while). So I repurchased and it was again taken out of my account. Now there is nothing in my PayPal history. It’s going on 6 weeks of not recieving either of my items. I emailed the seller and they have never replied to my three emails I have tried and tried to contact PayPal then I thought I got through and it was a scammer who then stole $500 from my bank account. I am beyond upset and cannot get anywhere with PayPal to resolve this. The resolution center can’t help as it’s not in the history and no where to actually talk to a REAL PayPal Custer service rep. Can someone PLEASE help me. P.S. please be aware of these horrible thieving people.
