I want to purchase a product from a website that I can't figure out is reliable or not. It's a local tackle shop for fishing, so their website isn't super professional but I've seen other local tackle shop websites the same way, unprofessional look wise. The prices seem right, the info seems right, there are pictures of their business but I'm still a little scared. If I do purchase something from here and I don't end up getting my order, is there a way that paypal can protect my money. What's the dispute process like, will I get my money back?
Here is the website:

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
