Last Friday I made a purchase for tennis shoes from a webiste that my 15 year old grandson provided me. I know, I should have done my homework before making the purchase. Turns out to be a bogus website. I'm out 140.00. Suggestions on how to get my money refunded? How to a file something with PayPal so they're aware of the situation?
THanks
CHris

Go to resolution center on your PayPal (PP) home page after signing on. File dispute for item not received if that's the case, try to contact seller yourself first and if no response escalate dispute to claim. PP will then try to contact seller and proceeds from there. If it turns out the seller is a scammer, then the case will take numerous turns and you will have to react accordingly. Too lengthy to put down in one post, best to wait & see what sellers actions are then come back to forum & seek advice then if you need help.
