Hi, I made the mistake of not investigating this clothing company before purchasing $101.70 CAD for clothing. The reviews say I likely won’t get my order and others say they received it. It says it should only take 5-12 days to ship and it’s been almost 3 weeks. Anything I can do to get my money back?

In general, if you do not receive what you purchased, you can dispute the payment for 'Item Not Received' and avail of our Buyer Protection policy. Our protection also covers in case of an Item Not As Described, for unauthorised transactions and for billing issues.
