Hi I have purchased clearly from a fake web site. No email order confirmation or responses contacting them. Contacted PayPal through the wrong section as unauthorised . Pay pal closed the case as it was authorised by me. Now I can not open a new case and correctly explain the situation. No response from conversations with customer services. I am more concerned for other people buying from this web site and getting no good. Must be other cases from this web site.

Try contact via social media to ask customer service to let them know you opened wrong dispute and change it to Item Not Received:
Facebook (UK): https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK
Twitter (UK): @paypalUK
Facebook (Worldwide): https://www.facebook.com/paypal
Twitter (Worldwide): @AskPayPal
Right now the only option is Messaging PayPal (as phone lines are closed) where responses can take a while due to reduced staff. Or, you can dispute through your card issuer if you paid with card.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
