I went online looking to purchase a ps5, so I stumble on a site name psgamersgroup.com that has a 50 % discount on their page for all gaming item on their site, so I went in put my credit card information in purchase it, but was a little skeptical afterwards of the site, so I jump in google in type the site name with alot of scam alert concern about people saying that the site is fraudulent, but I already had pay for the item, so I try to use the number or email on their site to cancel the item but the number came back to be non existent, what can I do on this situation? I do have a confirmation purchase email from a paypal account.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
