I purchased a course for a class that a friend founded and wanted to give it a go. I purchased on his website which was linked to his PayPal account. It’s been well over the 180 refund request date and the website he created has no log in. I can’t even contact him since I am now blocked. Is there any option left for a refund?

If its over 180 days then paypal can't assist, your card issuer may help you if you funded that paypal payment via a card.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
