I know - "Up to each individual store or manufacturer" what they call a "Purchase Receipt". Including denying EVERYTHING associated with the simple common Internet / web small-store sale / purchase. I am now suffering the "GoPro" Hero camera education I've read others suffering thru.
First GoPro Customer Service says PayPal/VISA Receipt is NOT an 'acceptable' purchase Receipt.
Then he states my Factory Defective camera is "Refurbished" so not warranty-covered. NO - BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEN he states "The Store is "Not a GoPro Authorized Store" (I find this NO WHERE in all their Warranty documents !!!!)
Clearly they are weasels, making up LIES to EVADE their Warranty obligation.
Be nice to know PayPal's opinion - is the PayPal (store payment date) Receipt 'worthless garbage' ??????
