Hi, we foolishly responded to a facebook advrt for an adorable Cocker Spaniel, long story short we were asked to transfer E400 to a friends and family email account. The seller has disapearred and paypal say as it was paid through friends and family we cannot get a refund, is there anything we can do. Im in Ireland and now we do not even know where te seller is based, any advice would be appreciated,thankyou, Eamonn
