I sold a puppy in June. The buyer filed a dispute stating they had not received CKC paperwork. I resent the paperwork and provided PayPal with a tracking number and proof of delivery. At this point, I was given back my funds. The buyer then filed a claim and I am out the $1,000 dog as well as the $1,000. Has anyone had this type of problem? Am I wrong in thinking that PayPal should be protecting me as a Seller, especially since they have the proof that the buyers have the dog and the paperwork? I am so frustrated and I was hoping some of you could share similar experiences and give me some hope!
