Don’t buy from this company!!!! I ordered the floating island and it is not what they advertised. After waiting 3 months ( contacting them a few times during the 3 months) I finally received it. It ended up being a piece of black foam that you can use for wrapping breakable items. I have contacted them several times since receiving it. They want to give me a partial refund. I put in a complaint to PayPal and the Puwei co managed to hold off until time expired. So very frustrating

Sorry but why did you not escalate the dispute to a claim?

You can do so at any time up to 20 days when it will time out and once escalated paypal will then make any decisions.
