I recently sent money to someone through PayPal. The recipient wants me to use a different payment method. They said they cannot personally issue me a full refund due to a lock on their account leaving them with limited features. They told me to open up a dispute. I am looking for a full refund. When I try to enter under “file issue with remittance” I keep getting “provide the disputed amount” as an error when I enter the full amount. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Is there a different section I should be using?
