Reference:PP-L-243675123740 My name is Stephen <removed>. I sold some basketball and baseball cards that I purchased on eBay and now my account is on hold and I cannot transfer money into my bank account. I spent 2 hours on the phone this morning and was transferred numerous times without any success. The website asked me to provide "Supplier Receipts". I do not have anything other than eBay transactions. I am fed up with the runaround of being transferred with no resolution to my problem. PayPal has my money and is not allowing me to transfer, make payments or use PayPal at all. What do I need to do? Honestly, this is frustrating and I need this money to pay bills. Fix this immediately.
