Paypal is asking me to provide PROOF of Fulfillment in the Verification Tabs. Those items listed in the proof of fulfillment- I have already provided the tracking numbers for each items within the Invoices and are shipped and received.
When I go into the Tabs to re enter the same tracking numbers in the proof of fulfillment section- it keeps loading!!! it doesn't go past the loading sections.
