Long story short, I purchased merchandise from China. It arrived in two different packages, late, and ended up being knock off, unauthentic stuff. I took pictures of everything, uploaded them with the email correspondence requesting a refund. The seller was not communicative. I filed a claim. I uploaded all the documentation and for some reason Paypal is saying that a USPS receipt (clearly visible) and a US Customs Form is "invalid" and they sided with the seller. How is that even possible? Has anyone else had this trouble?
I am forever pulling my account and NEVER touching this service again, I'm out over $400 for the knock off stuff and almost $80 for international shipping. I'm beyond livid.
