Paypal investigated my case and declared the seller had proof that the product was delivered. I would love to see that proof for myself since the product never arrived. Porch piracy is not possible here. I know I did receive a tiny coin purse that I had never ordered and since these items came from China I have no idea if that was supposed to be the item delivered.
I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the item that you ordered. The tracking information should be available to you in the Transaction Details. If you received something that you did not order, it may be that the issue is one of an item significantly Not As Described. If you wish to raise a dispute for that reason, you can do so in the Resolution Center. If you already had a dispute for Non-receipt, please contact customer service to discuss your options. You can see your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
