Proof of business registration for online business?

I am operating a small online business (services), I am also a sole proprietor and in my country (Philippines) this requires no documentation or registration. My account was recently limited because I was not able to provide a proof of business registration. I have a business website and have provided the invoice from my domain provider but it was rejected. Kindly let me know if what other document can I submit to fulfill this requirement? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same issue right now. I did the new business registration via DTI online as well, yet Paypal still did not approve my document.

Btw, what did you do for the authorization letter? Did you put other names?

I have the same issue. I am in South Africa and as a Sole Proprietor, I am struggling with the same problem. 

I am afraid that I will get to a point where I cannot invoice my clients anymore.

Please let me know when you get a solution for this.
