They have limited my account and i have uploaded the only document i have with my name on as i am renting and i have asked numerous times for my landlord to send a proof of address, she still hasn't sent one... anyway i have uploaded my telkom bill with my initials and surname but now they say it is not the same as my name on my account. I am stuck! I have changed the business name to my initials and surname. I hope this helps???
