Proof of address verification

I've submitted my proof of address documents for the account limitation, but it has been quite a while since i have submitted it, so i was wondering if there was anything wrong with the documents (whether they lacked certain information) (i had given both my rent/electric fee+location of my address), or if there's a certain amount of time i should be waiting for a verification (like hours, days perhaps?)

They don't accept Rent bill, but utility bill (electric) should work.

So i am pretty sure i sent the electric bill document for the resolvement, but it's nearly been 12 hours, should i be worried? Or should i wait for another day

12 hours? Its at least 3 working days and often MUCH longer.
