I'm having a problem to verified my address because i don't have a bank (No Bank Statement)
i also don't have Utility bills to provide because i'm only renting
i sent a Unified Multi-Purpose ID but i got an email its not approved
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
