Proof of Address Limitation?

Hey Paypal Community! I have a question about the limitations. For the proof of address, a requirement is a utility bill, however, I live with my parents so there is no reason why I would have a utility bill sent to my address under my name. I sent in my driver's license, but that wasn't accepted either.. not sure why. Is there another document that can be used instead? I would like to use the funds in my paypal instead of having to constantly transfer it into my bank account. Please help? Thanks!

I've been in the same position. I lived with my parents all my life, then went straight to living with my SO so I've never had any utilities in my name. You can use a recent credit or bank account statement. Recent paycheck stub. Recent government benefits letter. Or you can get a "proof of address" signed letter from your counties 911 center.
