Product received not item ordered

On 9/29/2020 I ordered a dog ramp. The picture showed a adjustable ramp. What I received is 2 pieces of wood and a few dowels. I received the package today 10/28/2020. That has happened to me 3 times. Don’t order anything from Social Media advertising platforms unless it is a real company. Shopify is selling people websites to sell products they don’t have and scam your money. You have been scammed. PayPal will not help you. The two disputes that I have put in they have sided with the seller. Sorry. It sucks. 
I will not be using PayPal for some things now. Just use my credit card.
