Problems with submitting tracking information in resolution centre

Hello, 

 

I am having issues with loading the information required below in the resolution centre can you please advise?

I have emailed the customer the tracking information and number via email.

The parcel has been delivered, please see details below and a screen grab from the resolution centre which i've been trying to make work for a good chunk of the day.
