I opened a dispute with PayPal over a scam on-line seller using PayPal as a payment source. I have additional information I want to add to the dispute, but PayPal will not accept the additional information. I don't want to cancel the original dispute and begin again because I am afraid I will forfeit the claim against the fraudulent seller. How can I send PayPal the additional information? When I try to message PayPal, I get an error code that I cannot upload the additional information.
