My account got suspended and i need to confirm my identity. I followed the steps and added a picture of my drivers license, but when i sent it, it said "something went wrong". I tried using passport too and with different browsers, but same problem. Would be great to know WHAT went wrong..
Not that my post will be of any help but im having the EXACT same problem. I need to verify my identity but I cannot, since adding any attachments always mentions "Something Went Wrong". Tried on multiple browers and clearing cache doesnt help either. Calling customer service also does not work since they put you on hold and close the call after 2 rings, to be fair this is mindboggling to even have a problem like this where it is critical for the account holder to have it work; I cant do anything with my account until this is resolved.
