Problem with type account

Hello!! First of all my account is temporarily limited, i have to confirm my company registration number which haven't.  I have a business account and i need to change it to personal, the problem is that i must give a company registration numbed... I created business account by mistake without the knowledge of the things that i must give... I contacted with paypal and they said that i can change my type account when i'll confirm my identify. I also have some money and i cant have access to them, are they lost? What should i do?

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
