Problem with a refund

Hi,

So I recently refunded one of my payments for about 27,33 USD and the money was sent to one of my credits cards instead to my balance.

The problem is that the credit card my refund was credited to is currently disabled/inactive and I can't send or receive money to it.

So, is there any option to directly contact PayPal (instead of the phone number) and make them help me get the refund directly to my balance?
