Problem resolving limited account

I keep getting an error every time I try to resolve my limited account problem. Once I click resolve, this message pops out:
We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong.
We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.
I tried for more than a month but the same thing happened.

I'm sorry to hear your account is limited and you're receiving an error message when trying to resolve it. Have you tried a different device, browser, or clearing the cache, cookies and history?
