Hi, I can’t respond to one open case on my account. Every time I tried an error notification appears. I tried in two different days with the same issue. Please support.

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble responding to a claim. 

 

If you're still experiencing an issue responding to a claim, please try clearing your cache and cookies. I also recommend trying using Firefox or IE.
