We are missing this happiness due to the mood of some people in supporting the areas of Paypal
I spoke with you some time ago about negative balance, and thanks to your great advice I solved my problem
Today, I am very unhappy because of my account restriction
Two weeks ago, the account was restricted, and I was asked for identification documents, so I sent my national card in America, my driving license, purchase invoices from suppliers, and details of the payments that I received from buyers, including an amount I transferred from Walz Fargo Bank in the United States linked to my account on the American Paypal
And this account that I'm talking about that has been closed is my main account in my second home Israel
The important thing was to send me a message and they said that my location is different from the place of opening the account
After four days, they opened my account and sent me a message that I had to end all of my financial transactions, close the account, and open a new account where I am now.
I already started stopping sales and no new amount entered the account, and there are pending requests for which I returned the money and transferred an amount to my bank card
I was a perpetrator of these procedures
Until I received an outstanding payment of 80, which the buyer, from Russia, had not paid
Then my account was partially restricted again and they asked me for the same proof
I attached it again, and waited for their response within 72 hours
But they did not answer
I contacted Facebook support Messenger and explained the issue to him. He closed my account in an instant
I asked him about the reason why he said this is an IB decision and cannot be discussed
I am unable to solve this
I cannot leave my money and transactions held for 180 days without a real reason
I am ready to submit any papers or requests or prove my whereabouts
The account has all of my savings and the total sums I purchased for merchandise
That is, my project and my dream were destroyed in an instant
So sir, I would like you to advise me. I have no one in this world to turn to other than you
You helped me last time and I trust you and your word

changes.   

Please close your existing PayPal account and then open a new PayPal
account in the country you're now living in.  

Before you close your account, be sure to:   

Remove all financial information such as bank accounts or credit card
details from that PayPal account.   

Make sure to withdraw any money from your PayPal account.

I suffered a lot until I heard a response

Paypal society is proud. You are part of it
I sent a message for technical support via my account, via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
Unfortunately no one answers me
It contacted support from the United States, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. They said we have no options to help you
You should contact Israel support
Supporting Israel did not speak to me in my language and spoke in Hebrew, and I did not understand anything
I made someone talk about me
Finally, I can't help you
I am really unable to solve this mystery
Why do they treat us that we are not part of people ..
We deserve attention and care, at least like the animals of Australia
There are children and families living from these savings
It is not fair to freeze my money for 180 days without reason
I told them that I have purchase invoices, sales invoices, proof of my identity, and my American and Palestinian passport
They don't care about this
