Having another problem, I was asked to upload a photo ID as a step towards removing a limitation, however the email didn't say how to do so, nor is there any clear way to add it in your profile settings page. However, after looking around on the community posts, I found a link given by a moderator that they say would allow a person to upload a photo ID, but when I try to attach the file, it gets to either 3-5% then the page times out over and over again. Is there a way that works which I can use to upload my ID?
(This is in the Disputes and Limitations because there's no option for technical problems.)
