Preventing future account limitations when I receive website online shop payment

I paint paintings. I sell them on my website online shop. Sometimes when I'm lucky enough to get a sale, people send me money for the painting via Paypal. Sometimes when this happens PayPal says its "unusual activity" and limits my account until I can show prove that I've shipped the paintings and fulfilled the order. Sometimes I can't ship the painting for a few days (framing, varnishing etc, post office trip, covid) so then my account is suspended until I get a shipping receipt to show PayPal. I would like to prevent the account limitation from happening in the first place. I have attempted to send messages, but the bot doesn't understand what I want.
Any suggestions?
